QA Graphics, a leader in developing building automation system graphics, recently completed new system graphics for Bluestone Energy Services.
Bluestone Energy Services provides professional engineering and project development services for utilities, retail and corporate clients. They have developed and implemented hundreds of HVAC, lighting, and process energy-conservation projects.
Bluestone Energy approached QA Graphics with an interest to not only develop accurate, high-quality graphics, but create an innovative platform and graphic solution.
“We work with a lot of large data centers that need to see what is going on at all times. Large pieces of equipment need to communicate with everything else and integrate into the building,” said Coy Stine, Director of Data Center Services. “We had a tight deadline and needed the graphics to be ready for pre-existing data points.”
QA Graphics worked closely with Bluestone Energy to create a realistic 3D graphic library of their integrated equipment. The realistic graphics provided ease of understanding the equipment and enhanced the overall experience for the end users.
“The end product was graphically just what we were looking for at a reasonable price,” says Stine. “We know of other companies, but the knowledge and enthusiasm QA Graphics displays is a huge benefit. They know the requirements for our business especially with Tridium. We didnt have to explain, which allowed us to get right into the aesthetics and receive a quick turnaround.”
