Since QA Graphics began in 2007, we’ve been focused on providing innovative products and services to businesses around the country. And along with our growing business comes the addition of new staff as well. Today, we have around 30 employees, and not only do we provide a variety of products and services but we also have quite the variety of personalities too. You feel solid culture when you come across a company that has it: from the quality of the people, the environment, to the quality of their work. In other words: the right offering + marketing + the right company culture = profit and well-being. And we thought it was time you got to know us a little better.
Let’s start off with our ringleader, our founder, or in other words our boss, Dan McCarty.
Dan attended the University of Iowa and received a degree in Communication Studies. With a background working in sales for 3D and multimedia companies. Dan wanted to branch off and follow the American dream and make a living on his own. While Dan was working in one of his previous positions, he saw a customer dabbling in HVAC graphics and saw the need within the industry. This sparked an idea for him to really get ahead of the market and start providing HVAC businesses with graphics. Eight years later, QA Graphics is continuing to grow and expanding its list of products and services.
In an effort to give outsiders a feel of our company atmosphere, we decided to start with a fun question and answer segment with employees around the office.
